The Ata Igala, HRM Matthew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa, has conferred the Onu Idokoliko title on Chief Hassan Muhammad, with a charge to champion peace, development and programmes capable of driving positive change in his community.
He gave the charge in Idah, shortly after the coronation of the Onu Idokoliko, noting that no society could achieve meaningful development without peace, hence the need for his call in that direction.
The Ata Igala therefore, appealed to indigenes of the community to embrace peace and unity in order to move the area and state forward in the collective interest of all.
While describing Chief Hassan Muhammad as a worthy and dependable son of Igala race, the royal father reminded Igala sons and daughters of the need to be examplary in whatever positions they find themselves.

Reacting ,Chief Hassan Muhammad pledged to promote activities that will entrench harmonious living as a basis for encouraging societal growth and development.
The new Onu Idokoliko,Chief Muhammad also appreciated the royal father for considering him for such honour and assured him of his determination not to disappoint him and Igala kingdom in his current assignment.
He further promised to use his new status to foster the growth and development of Idokoliko community and the state.
