The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Kwara State chapter, has lauded the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, for fostering unity and peaceful coexistence among residents of the state throughout his reign.

In a congratulatory message marking the Emir’s 30th coronation anniversary, the Chairman of MACBAN in Kwara, Alhaji Shehu Garba, described the monarch as a patriotic leader whose commitment to peace and inclusiveness has strengthened harmony among people of diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds.
Garba noted that Ilorin, long known as a city of peace and scholarship, has attained a truly cosmopolitan identity under the Emir’s leadership.
“The Emir of Ilorin has made peaceful coexistence his watchword. His reign has been marked by tolerance, understanding, and mutual respect among residents of the state,” he said.
He commended the monarch’s exemplary leadership and patriotic spirit, describing him as a unifying figure who has encouraged all residents to contribute to the state’s progress and development.
“We heartily congratulate His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, on his 30th coronation anniversary. His reign has been a blessing to the people of Kwara,” the statement added.
The MACBAN chairman, also appreciated Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and security agencies for their collaborative efforts in maintaining peace and security across the state.
Garba prayed for continued peace, prosperity, and wisdom for the Emir to sustain the unity that has become the hallmark of his reign.
