Go High Level Nigeria (GHL) has launched a free training programme for real estate agents aimed at solving one of the industry’s biggest problems which is slow responses.
According to organisers, delayed replies cause more lost deals than rejected properties.
As published by Hordanso, the free session with the title “Show Me How I Never Miss a Lead,” is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, at 7:00pm WAT and will run for 60 minutes, followed by a live question-and-answer session.
The event is expected to be held online and is described as a closed and vetted session for qualifying Nigerian real estate professionals.
According to the expert team, property sales collapse not from rejection, but from delay. Enquiries on price, location and documentation often go unanswered because agents are at inspections or managing multiple clients, causing buyers to lose interest before a deal can progress.
For agents who depend heavily on WhatsApp, the challenge can be particularly noticeable, the marketing real estate experts noted.
The masterclass places this challenge within three connected areas: marketing, sales and trust.
They said marketing should make it easier for the right buyer to find a property and begin a conversation; sales should ensure that the conversation receives timely attention and a meaningful next step; while trust should give the buyer confidence in the person handling the inquiry.
The organisers say the masterclass is not intended to present automation as a substitute for professional service, rather, its focus is on helping agents remain responsive while continuing to provide relevant information and personal attention.
They emphasised that Hordanso is an AI- powered technology company serving businesses in Nigeria and beyond, and has been providing an expert GoHighLevel-based Marketing Suite combining CRM, sales pipelines, websites, funnels, appointment scheduling and marketing automation.
The session is aimed specifically at real estate professionals who meet stated eligibility requirements.
Participants must be agents, brokers, developers or agency owners selling property in Nigeria, must have sold at least ₦1 million worth of property within the previous 12 months, and must be prepared to commit to the 60-minute live session on Saturday, September 26, at 7:00pm WAT.
