The Achode Oji Ata, Chief Oguche Kadiri , has pleged to champion peace, unity, and progress across Igalaland.

He made the pledge in Idah shortly after his coronation as the Achode Oji Ata by the Ata Igala, HRM, Mathew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa.

According to him, the honour and elevation as traditional title holder in Igalaland, would spur him to contribute to the advancement of the area.

He stressed that with the support and cooperation of relevant stakeholders, he was committed towards championing and mobilizing communities to complement government efforts in improving grassroots development.

He used the forum to appreciate the royal father for considering him worthy to serve in his present capacity while assuring people of the area of his resolve not to disappoint the traditional institution and citizens.
