From Joseph Adahnu, Yola

Adamawa State’s infrastructure drive is gaining speed as construction giant, Triacta completes major road and bridge projects ahead of schedule while rolling out empowerment programs for host communities.

Triacta Project Manager, Ghassan Ghenen, told newsmen that the company’s progress stems from a deliberate mix of engineering standards and community partnership.

“From day one, our focus has been on building trust,” Ghenen said. “We hire most of our workforce from host communities based on qualifications, and we pay compensation to affected persons before starting any construction.”

He said the “people-first” approach has minimized disputes and kept projects running smoothly. Triacta is currently handling four flyovers and several road corridors across Adamawa, with most delivered in excellent condition and ahead of contractual deadlines.

Ghenen said Triacta goes beyond its core obligations by embedding development initiatives into its operations. The firm routinely constructs 100 to 200 metres of access roads in host communities to improve mobility and local connectivity.

Local youths, he added, make up a large share of the project workforce. He described the hiring policy as both an empowerment strategy and a key reason for the company’s strong ties with communities.

“Our projects move without hitches because of the solid partnership we have with the people. We believe in involving them and supporting the areas where we work,” Ghenen said.

The Project Manager reaffirmed Triacta’s commitment to delivering durable, high-standard infrastructure within or ahead of timelines, while supporting the socio-economic growth of host communities across Adamawa State.
