S/C verdict: CEO FamKris Pharmaceuticals congratulates Governor Ododo on victory

The Chief Executive Officer, FamKris Pharmaceuticals & Resources Ltd, Pharmacist Onuh Christian Okpe, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the recent Supreme Court decision affirming his election as the Executive Governor of Kogi State, noting that such landmark ruling is a significant validation of his leadership and an endorsement of the Governor’s unwavering commitment to the principles of democracy and public service.

In a statement signed by him, he said: “This victory is not merely a personal triumph but a reflection of the confidence and trust that the people of Kogi State have placed in your vision for the state. Your perseverance and dedication throughout the legal challenges have been exemplary, demonstrating your resilience and ability to lead with integrity under pressure.”

He stated that, “As he continues his leadership journey, it is important to recognise the remarkable strides he has made in various critical areas that impact the lives of the people of Kogi State. Your administration has been notable for its achievements in several key areas.”

“Under your leadership, Kogi State has witnessed significant advancements in agriculture, with initiatives aimed at enhancing food security and boosting the local economy. Your focus on modernising farming practices and supporting farmers has been instrumental in increasing agricultural productivity and promoting sustainable practices,” he added.

Pharm. Onuh opined that the Governor’s commitment to empowering women has been evident through various programmes and initiatives designed to support women’s economic independence and participation in leadership roles.

“Your administration has also made notable efforts to improve the welfare of workers in Kogi State. Enhancements in workers’ rights, better working conditions, and timely payment of salaries reflect your dedication to ensuring that those who serve the public are well-supported and valued.

“The ongoing investments in education and healthcare have been central to your administration’s agenda, with efforts focused on improving access to quality education and healthcare services. These investments are laying the foundation for a healthier, more educated future for the people of Kogi State,” he added.

He asserted that as the Governor embarks on this renewed phase of leadership, his company is excited to see the continued progress and innovative initiatives will bring to Kogi State.
