Kogi State Government, has expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, over the appointment of Hon. James Faleke as a Renewed Hope Ambassador and Deputy Secretary, Party Outreach, Engagement and Mobilisation, describing the decision as well-deserved and nationally beneficial.

A press statement signed by the State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kingsley Fanwo, a copy which was made available to newsmen in Lokoja has disclosed.

According to the statement, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, described the appointment as “a strategic masterstroke by President Tinubu, by putting a national mobilizing egghead in such a strategic position.”

Governor Ododo congratulated the experienced federal lawmaker on his appointment, noting that his proven record in political mobilisation and grassroots engagement made him eminently qualified for the responsibility.

He further commended the President for recognising competence and rewarding loyalty and performance in strengthening engagement and mobilisation efforts across the country.

Governor Ododo maintained that the policies of the Tinubu administration were gradually repositioning the nation’s economy, restoring fiscal discipline and laying a sustainable foundation for long-term prosperity. He said the ongoing reforms, though demanding, were necessary steps toward building a stronger and more self-reliant Nigeria.

The Governor therefore urged Nigerians to sustain their support for the President, stressing that continuity in leadership would consolidate the gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda and accelerate national development, noting that re-electing President Tinubu would guarantee stability, policy consistency and improved welfare for citizens.
