Gov.Ododo’s second term is assured — Humanitarian Affairs commissioner

The Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hon. Rabiatu Okwute, has praised Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his impressive leadership style and notable achievements across the state.

This just as she has assured that Governor Ododo’s bid for re-election was guaranteed of the people’s support, a statement issued by James Sani has revealed.

The Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hon. Okwute according to the statement, gave the assurance at Ogbabede ahead of the Ward Congress of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Hon. Rabiatu Okwute noted that the current administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has recorded notable achievements across various sectors, stressing that it deserves commendation and re-election come 2027.

The Commissioner who was represented by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Hon. Enejo Sani, said the people of Ogbabede were happy with the quality of leadership exhibited by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and assured him of their total support at all times.

She further acknowledge that with the commitment and dedication of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in human capacity and infrastructural development, the 2027 election was guaranteed.

Hon.Okwute went on to call on the people of Igala land, especially the people of Dekina Local Government Area to continue in their support for the leadership of Governor Ododo.

The Commissioner further added that APC as a party has come to stay and will win convincingly in the 2027 general elections and advised the new Ward Exco to be committed to the progress and growth of the party in the area, the Local Government Area and the State in general.

She then used the forum to charge the new Exco to be committed and dedicated towards the progress and development of the party in Ogbabede Ward, Dekina Local Government and Kogi State at large.

Speaking on behalf of Ogbabede APC New Exco, the Chairman of the APC Ward Exco, Hon. Danladi Isah assured of their total commitment to the development of the party in the Area.

Hon. Danladi Isah equally appreciated the stakeholders of APC in Kogi State, Dekina Local Government Council and Ogbabede Ward for the opportunity given them to serve and promised to justify the confidence reposed in them.
