Joel Madaki, a governorship aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC), has formally submitted his nomination form for the 2027 Adamawa State governorship election at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
Madaki was accompanied by a delegation of Bwatiye leaders and stakeholders, who described the submission as the start of a collective push to transform Adamawa State.
Speaking after submitting the forms, Madaki said the movement was focused on restoring hope, unity, justice, and opportunity for the people of the state.
“Today marks an important step in our shared mission of redemption for Adamawa State. This movement is not about one man, but about restoring hope, unity, justice, and opportunities for all our people,” he said.
The aspirant thanked Bwatiye leaders, stakeholders, and supporters who turned out for the submission, saying their presence reflected unity, trust, and commitment to the state’s future.
He added that he was humbled by the show of solidarity and expressed confidence that with their support, the state could be redeemed through inclusive leadership, improved security, economic growth, and people-oriented governance.
Madaki is one of several aspirants eyeing the APC ticket ahead of the 2027 Adamawa governorship race.
