From Joseph Adahnu, Yola

The All Progressives Congress (APC), House of Representatives candidate, for Guyuk/Shelleng Federal Constituency, Golfa Mallim, has called for grassroots mobilisation towards securing victory for the party across all elective positions in the 2027 general elections.

She made the call during a heart-to-heart engagement with representatives of her various support groups and other campaign coordinators in her constituency.

Hon. Mallim urged the support groups and campaign coordinators to intensify mobilisation, stressing the need to consolidate the development achievements of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.

She said it has become imperative for the people of Guyuk and Shelleng to align with the APC and be part of the political process to shape the next government in Adamawa State and Nigeria at large.

She noted that electing APC candidates from top to bottom would create a stronger political alignment between the state and federal governments, facilitate effective collaboration and make it easier to attract more development projects to Adamawa State, and Guyuk/Shelleng in particular.

According to her, the impressive development recorded by Governor Fintiri, cuts across infrastructure and other sectors through effective governance and the support available to his administration at the federal level.

She maintained that sustaining and expanding these achievements would require collective political commitment, adding that Guyuk and Shelleng should not be left out of the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the next phase of development in the state.

She urged the support groups to strengthen unity, loyalty and cooperation, describing their collective efforts as essential to building a formidable political movement ahead of the 2027 elections. She also charged members to intensify grassroots mobilisation and encourage voters to support the APC and all its candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Hon. Mallim reassured the people of Guyuk and Shelleng of purposeful representation, effective service delivery and commitment to improving the living conditions of her constituents.

In their responses, representatives of the support groups and campaign coordinators reaffirmed their commitment to her ambition, pledging to sustain mobilisation efforts and work collectively towards delivering victory for the APC.

The engagement provided an opportunity to harmonise campaign activities, strengthen relationships among all support groups and develop strategies for a coordinated grassroots campaign ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
