Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Ododo,  has urged Nigerians to spread love and joy this Christmas season.

In his Christmas message, he reminded Nigerians that Christmas is a time to reflect on God’s infinite love, as seen in the birth of Jesus Christ.

Governor Ododo encouraged everyone to draw inspiration from Jesus’ life, embracing values like compassion, generosity, and unity.

He also emphasised the importance of kindness, especially to those in need, and strengthen bonds of love and friendship within families and neighborhoods.

As the state prepares to welcome a new year, Governor Ododo reaffirmed his commitment to Kogi State’s growth and prosperity. He’s determined to build a state where every citizen can thrive and contribute to the community’s progress

“As we prepare to usher in a new year, I reaffirm my commitment to the growth and prosperity of our dear state. Together, we will continue to build a Kogi State where every citizen has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to our collective progress.

“May the joy of Christmas fill your hearts and homes, and may this season bring renewed hope, good health, and abundant blessings to you all.

“Merry Christmas, and may Kogi State and Nigeria experience peace and prosperity in the coming year,” he said.
