As a way of giving back to her community, the councillor representing Adavi-Eba ward in Adavi LGA, Hon (Mrs) Elizabeth Yusuf, has organised support programme for over 50 members of her constituency.
The support programme tagged,”charity to the community”, involved cash gifts to selected constituents across Adavi-Eba ward.
Speaking during the presentation of the cash gift to beneficiaries, Hon Elizabeth, who I’d also the council leader, said the programme was held in appreciation of the love, support and trust her constituents has for her, promising not to betray them.

Speaking further, the council leader, who explained that beneficiaries of the token cash award are mainly poor and indigent members of the community, added that it reflected the various clans and groups in the community.
The council leader who promised to do more, explained that as a medical personnel, she has engagaged in giving free medical assistance to the needy in her constituents.
She used the occasion to commend the APC administration in the state, under the leadership of governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, describing his leadership as very inspirational.
Speaking on behalf of Adavi eBay community, the ward APC chairman, Hon. Musa Farouk, commended the efforts of the councillor even as he charged her to do more and called on others in position to emulated her.
