Adamawa Governor scraps State Investment Board, names Malabu to oversee operations

Governor Ahamdu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State, has dissolved the Board and Management of the State Investment and Property Development Company Limited.

The dissolution is coming as the Governor had approved the Executive Secretary Adamawa Investment Promotion Development Agency, Halilu Malabu, to oversee the Company pending the appointment of a new Board and Management.

Fintiri made the neccesary reshufflement in a press statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Humwashi Wonosiko in Yola.

The dissolution is in accordance with Governor Fintiri’s decision to reconstitute the board and to update it’s management.

Governor Fintiri also directed the Board to hand over to the Caretaker who would exercise the functions of the board until it is reconstituted.
