Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has approved a change in the leadership of the state civil service with the appointment of Hajia Falilat Musa, Esq., as the new Head of Service.

The development comes on the heels of the statutory retirement of Mr. Elijah Evinemi, who concluded a thirty-five-year career in the Kogi State Civil Service.

In a statement released by the Secretary to the State Government, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade, Hajia Musa, was described as a seasoned administrator, having previously served as the State Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Justice.

Governor Ododo, while congratulating the new Head of Service, expressed confidence in her capacity to strengthen public service administration, urging her to apply her extensive experience toward sustaining efficiency and discipline within the civil service.
