The President of the Ogori Descendants Union (ODU), Dr. Gabriel Aiso, has commended the Kogi State Government, for its prompt and decisive response to the recent security challenges affecting Ogori/Magongo communities.

The Union had earlier raised serious concerns over rising incidents of insecurity along the Ogori/Magongo axis, particularly threats to residents, travelers, and economic activities within the area.

According to Dr. Aiso, the swift intervention by the State Government and security agencies has brought renewed confidence, hope, and reassurance to the people.

He noted that the deployment of security personnel and enhanced surveillance measures demonstrate a clear commitment by the Government to address the Ogori/Magongo security situation and protect lives and property.

“This timely and proactive response reflects a strong dedication to restoring peace, stability, and normalcy within Ogori/ Magongo communities.
