Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has expressed satisfaction on the ongoing construction of the 8.6km Ogaminana-Obangede-Okaito road.

Governor Ododo, who commended the contractor  over the level of work, visited the project to evaluate the progress and quality.

During the inspection, Governor Ododo praised the contractor for their commitment to quality infrastructure, noting that the road project would enhance transportation and stimulate economic growth in the region.

He expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his support and former Governor Yahaya Bello for initiating the project.

The Governor was impressed with the quality of work, highlighting the effective use of local content. “As an auditor, I can see value for money in the work done so far,” he said, commending TEC Engineering for their efforts.

He urged them to accelerate the work pace to achieve a higher completion rate.

Engr. Ho Frank of TEC Engineering, expressed gratitude to the Kogi State Government for the productive partnership and pledged to intensify efforts for the project’s successful completion.

Upon completion, the road will improve connectivity, boost trade, and enhance residents’ quality of life, showcasing the governor’s administration dedication to Kogi State’s infrastructure development.
