Council Boss inaugurates secretary, Councillors

The Executive Chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Bashir Rasheed Okatengwu, has inaugurated Secretary to the Local Government and Supervisors to head various departments at the council.

The inauguration ceremony was held at the council hall of Adavi Council Secretariat, chaired by the honorable chairman and was attended by leaders and stakeholders of the LG.

The officials inaugurated are; Honorable Anibasa Ovavi Muhammad – Secretary to the Local Government, Hon Anuku Shaibu Musa – Supervisor for Health and Hon Samuel Unwaha – Supervisor for Budget and Planning,

Others are, Hon. Audu O. Zubair – Supervisor for Works, Hon. Dauda Abdulhamid – Supervisor for Education and Hon. Shaibu Abdulmumuni – Supervisor for Agriculture.

Hon. Okatengwu in his remarks, charged the  newly appointed officials to carry out their responsibilities diligently and in the interest of the Local Government.

The administration he said will consolidate the efforts of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo at the grassroot.

“We will do our best to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of our dear Local Government,” Hon. Okatengwu concluded.

He appreciated everyone for finding time out of their busy schedules to attend the ceremony.
