Chief Ifemene becomes Onu Inyano

The Onu Inyano title has been conferred on Chief Moses Ifemene of Ibaji Local Government Area, by the Ata Igala, HRM Matthew Opaluwa Oguche Akpa at the Ata’s palace, Idah.

Chief Ifemene, who was elated on the coronation as a chietaincy title holder in Igala Kingdom, praised Ata Igala’s recognition of his contributions to the progress and development of Ibaji and Igalaland.

He assured the Royal Father and Ibaji sons and daughters of his steadfastness in the present capacity to serve God and humanity.

The Onu Inyano, then appealed to Ibaji sons and daughters at home and in the Diaspora to join hands with him to develop Ibaji land where everyone will be proud of as positive contributors to a progressive Ibaji.

He reminded the Ibajis to be upright and vanguards of peace as worthy ambassadors anywhere they found themselves, calling on the people of Ibaji local government to always dialogue as interface to resolve all problems for the peace and progress of the area.

Chief Ifemene assured the Ata Igala and Ibaji people that he will be a true representative in all ramifications with focus to unite Ibaji people.

He promised not to derail in the task ahead and restated his commitment to make a difference in leadership worthy of emulation.
