“The addition of these programmes will not only boost enrolment but also expand AUN’s contribution to scholarship in these critical disciplines. It will also meet the growing demand for advanced education in Law and Economics,” Frazier added.

Reacting to the development, the Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, Professor Bolade Agboola, described the approval of the Economics programmes as a natural progression from the University’s well-established undergraduate programme.

“This is welcome news for us at AUN as it enables us to build on a strong http://B.Sc. Economics foundation,” he said.

He expressed confidence in the University’s capacity to deliver quality graduate education, citing its experienced faculty and modern learning facilities.

“With our top-notch faculty and excellent facilities, we are confident of producing http://M.Sc. and Ph.D. graduates who can compete globally in the field of Economics,” Agboola stated.
