From Abdullahi Idris, Bauchi

All is set to turban Alhaji Auwal Alhassan as the First Dan Majen Inkil in Bauchi State.

This development was disclosed to the media in Bauchi shortly after a meeting with the organising committee by its secretary, Murtala Auwal.

According to the statement, all forms of arrangement has been concluded following  remarkable consultation by the high-powered organizing committee, as the event will take place in accordance with ethics guidelines and tradition.

The Sarkin Inkil will formally turban Alhaji Alhassan as Danmajen Inkil, who according to the statement, has been offering scholarships to the less -privileged members of the society annually.

According to the statement, his strong family background and dedication to community service have distinguished him among his peers, particularly his commitment to the welfare of orphans in Bauchi State.

The statement which described Alhaji Alhassan as God-fearing community leader, said, he has been a champion of peace, economic development and democracy.

Alhaji Auwal had his tertiary education and pre tertiary education in Bauchi state and now undergoing post-graduate studies in global governance and international development in Westen Germany.

The statement concluded by appreciating all and sundry for efforts put in place to make the event a success inline with traditional turbaning, best global practices, history and philosophy.
