The All Progressives Congress (APC), in Adamawa State, has inaugurated the Door-to-Door campaign movement for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with the donation of 35 campaign vehicles in Yola.

The event, which drew party supporters from across the state, witnessed a large turnout despite the harsh weather.
Addressing supporters, Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, who was the chief host, thanked the people for their belief in his leadership and their support for the movement.
Fintiri expressed confidence that the support would translate into votes from top to bottom in the 2027 general elections.
“I express deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the people and the national leadership,” the governor said, appreciating High Chief Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, represented by his brother, and the management of the Door-to-Door movement.
He said his support for President Tinubu was not by chance, but because of the President’s leadership, determination and personal sacrifice.
According to him, the President has “taken the bullet” for everyone and has pushed far-reaching reforms in the economy, education, health and infrastructure, noting that the reforms are already yielding results.
“Adamawa State still remains for Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” Fintiri declared, adding that the President’s policies have provided resources that have improved communities across the state, from the state capital to villages and wards.
He assured that better days are ahead, disclosing that the State Executive Council, has been approving ambitious policies and programmes that would reduce hardship to the barest minimum within the next one month.
The governor stressed that easing hardship is not solely the President’s job, noting that Nigeria is a federation where states and local governments receive their share of national resources, which his administration will continue to deploy to create jobs, support vocational training and business start-ups, particularly through PAWECA.
Earlier, the Grand Patron of the Door-to-Door campaign movement, High Chief Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, who was represented at the event, said they had not come to campaign but to plead for support for President Tinubu in 2027.
Tompolo, in his message, described Tinubu as a reformist, citing fuel subsidy removal and power sector reforms as bold steps, and appealed to the people of Adamawa to give the President another four years.
On his part, the State Chairman of the APC, Alhaji Hamza Madagali, said the impact of President Tinubu is being felt in the state through the giant strides of the administration, and promised that no other presidential candidate will score 25 percent in Adamawa in the 2027 election.
Also speaking, the APC governorship candidate in the state, Ahmed Aminu Galadima, said the party is stable and confident in Adamawa, with no fear of opposition.
