Kogi State Head of Service loses elder brother, burial slated for Saturday

The burial of the late brother to Kogi state Head of Service, Mr Joshua Akinlade Evinemi, will take place on Saturday in Ihima, Okehi Local Government Area.

According to the burial programme released by the family, service of songs and Christian wake will take place on Friday 12th December, 2025 at the family residence at Ohueta road Ihima at four o’clock in the evening.

The statement said interment of the deceased will hold at Uruku Uka, Ihima by half past eight o’clock in the morning on Saturday, 13th December, 2025.

The interment will be followed by Outing and commendation service same Saturday at Holy Flock of Christ, Ohueta, Ihima, Okehi Local Government Area.

Late Mr Joshua Akinlade Evinemi, aged 63, died following an illness at the Specialist Hospital, Lokoja.
