Kogi Specialist Hospital reassures public of premium healthcare delivery

The Management of Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, has reassured the public that the hospital remains fully committed to delivering premium, patient-centered healthcare services at all times.

The reassurance is contained in a statement issued by the Information Officer, Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, Umar Onotu, and made available to The Graphic.

Speaking further, the management assured the public that as one of the top-rated medical facilities in the State, the hospital will continue to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, professionalism, and compassion.

“Our team of dedicated medical experts, nurses, and support staff work tirelessly to ensure every patient receives prompt attention, quality treatment, and a satisfying care experience” the statement added.

The Management also emphasised that under the leadership of the Acting Chief Medical Director, Dr. Oluseyi Folagbade, the hospital maintains a zero-tolerance stance towards negligence.

“At no point will the hospital management tolerate or condone any act that compromises patient safety, service quality, or professional ethics.

Furthermore, the hospital’s commitment to continuous improvement remains unwavering” the statement also emphasised.

The management then used the medium to encourage members of the public who may have complaints, observations, or suggestions on how services can be further enhanced to reach out through the following channels: Mr. Shola Adeyanju – 08036346020 and Mr. Umar Samuel Onotu – 09036086404.

“The Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja remains focused on providing world-class healthcare and reaffirms its dedication to meeting the health needs of the people with integrity, diligence, and excellence ” the statement concluded.
