Kogi open bids for major roads in Ibaji, Bassa, Kabba/Bunu
His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is to commence major road construction and rehabilitation projects across Kogi State.
In a firm demonstration of commitment to addressing critical infrastructure challenges across the state, the administration of Gov Ododo, through the Kogi State Ministry of Works, has officially issued a tender notice for the construction and rehabilitation of key road networks across three (3) Local Government Areas.
This infrastructure initiative targets critical road corridors.
1, Ibaji LGA, Construction of the Idah–Onyedega Road (37 km)
2, Bassa LGA, Construction of the Odenyi–Oguma– Sheria Road (13 km)

By opening these major projects to Open Competitive Bidding (OCB), the state government underscores its resolve to enhance rural connectivity, facilitate agricultural transport, boost economic activity, and ensure transparent governance in public procurement.
