The National Association of Northern Nigeria Students (NANNS), has honoured legal luminary and All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, Barrister Debo Aderibigbe, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to societal and human development.
A delegation of the NANNS Executive Committee, led by its National President, Comrade Abdulrahman Ibrahim, conferred the honour during a courtesy visit to Aderibigbe’s Abuja office.
Comrade Ibrahim stated that the legal expert was chosen for the award due to his notable achievements, particularly in promoting education and supporting youth development.
“In addition, the delegation conferred the Association’s ‘Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Distinguished Merit Award of Excellence’ to him as an ‘EPITOME OF HOPE,’” he added.
The NANNS President also highlighted the association’s mission to foster social integration, youth empowerment, peace, and justice, commending Barr. Aderibigbe for championing similar causes in Nigeria.
The award specifically acknowledges his impact through his foundation, SiDAF, and his company, Global Secured Tech & Software Solutions Ltd, in advancing societal and human development.
Barrister Aderibigbe, who personally received the award, along with a Certificate of Appreciation and a Medal as an Icon of Societal Development, expressed gratitude for the recognition.
He pledged continued support for the association and reaffirmed his commitment to promoting progress and humanity’s development.
