New CP deployed to Adamawa, pledges to fight against crime

‎The newly deployed Commissioner of Police (CP), Adamawa state command, Umar Kabir, has pledged to ensure a stiffer fight against crime and criminals in the state.

The CP, gave the warning when he paid a courtesy visit to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, in Government House, Yola.

‎The CP’s entourage which consists of the Police management team, lauded Governor Fintiri’s unwavering support to the Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies in the State.

‎According to Kabir, the command is commitment to strengthening security architecture, enhancing public safety, and fostering effective community policing across Adamawa State.

‎Responding, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri congratulated the new Commissioner of Police on his appointment and deployment to the State.

‎He assured the Commissioner of Police of his support and collaboration to ensure protection of lives and property, reiterating the importance of synergy among security Stakeholders in the state.
