Kogi State Govt pays March salaries ahead of Sallah celebration

Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State, has approved and released the payment of March salaries to civil servants across the state ahead of the forthcoming Sallah celebration.

This was contained in a Press statement released today, by Kingsley Fanwo,  Hon. Commissioner for Information and Communications

According to the statement, the early payment reflects the administration’s consistent commitment to prioritising the welfare of workers and ensuring that members of the state’s workforce are adequately supported, especially during important religious festivities.

“Feedback received from civil servants across the state indicates deep appreciation for the gesture, which will significantly assist them in making adequate preparations for the Sallah celebration with their families.

“The Kogi State Government assures the workforce that Governor Ododo, will continue to place high premium on workers’ welfare as the dedicated and dependable civil service continues to deliver quality services to the good people of Kogi State.
