The Chief Medical Directors of all state-owned tertiary and secondary health institutions in Kogi State, have jointly commended the Chief Servant of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for approving ₦300,000 monthly motivation allowance for all medical doctors across the state.

In a statement jointly signed by the four Chief Medical Directors, they described the Governor’s gesture as a landmark decision that has rekindled hope in the medical profession and reaffirmed his administration’s unshakable commitment to strengthening the healthcare system in Kogi State.

According to the statement, “This singular act of kindness by His Excellency is not only a morale booster but also a strategic step toward retaining skilled medical professionals within the state.
