From David Onuoja, Abuja
The Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs. Zubaida Umar, has assured the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), of it’s commitment in strengthening partnerships with international humanitarian organisations to enhance service delivery and support vulnerable populations across Nigeria.

She made this known today while receiving a delegation from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) at the Agency’s Headquarters in Abuja.
While appreciating KSrelief for its continued commitment to providing food assistance to vulnerable persons in the country, the Director-General also assured the delegation of NEMA’s sustained diligence, transparency, and accountability in the management and distribution of all relief materials entrusted to the Agency.
Earlier, in his speech, the leader of the delegation, Mr. Nasser Al-Subaie, stated that their visit was in furtherance of the existing partnership between KSrelief and NEMA, particularly in the provision of food assistance to vulnerable persons in Nigeria.
He commended NEMA for its effective coordination of emergency response and the transparent distribution of relief materials, noting that KSrelief remains committed to sustaining and strengthening the collaboration.
