The Achadu Oko Atta and Prime Minister Igala kingdom, His Royal Highness, Ali Yusuf Ameadaji, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and Deputy Governor, Joel Salifu Oyibo, on the occasion of his first anniversary in office.
Achadu, who congratulated the Kogi state Governor Ododo and His Deputy, in his goodwill message today, lauded Governor Ododo for his commitment to developmental achievements.
“I wish to restate that your dedication to the welfare of kogi people is truly heartwarming, and we believe your commitment to governance reforms, and frugal fiscal policies will continue to bear fruits now and in the years ahead”, he said.

The significant milestone he added, marks a year of leadership that has seen kogi navigating through both triumphs and challenges.
He highlighted several key achievements of the Ododo administration, including strides in infrastructure development, education, workers welfare, health, efforts to combat insecurity, initiatives aimed at fostering economic growth amongst others.
According to him, the chief servant of Kogi state and his amiable and supportive deputy, comrade Salifu Joel oyibo, has served the people of kogi state with love, dedication, commitment and humility.
Governor Ododo’s one year in office, he noted, has been marked by a dedicated pursuit of policies aimed at revitalising the economy and improving the quality of life for all kogites. Adding that, his commitment to developing the state and citizens is commendable.
“On behalf of Achadu dynasty and the good people of Kogi East, I write to convey my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency, as you mark your first year in office as the Executive Governor of kogi State. It has been an incredible journey so far, and we are excited to see the significant progress you have made in shaping the future of our dear state.
“This important milestone is a testament to your hard work, dedication and commitment to serving the good people of kogi state. Under your dynamic leadership, we have made significant progress in various sectors including infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, ICT, among others.
“You have demonstrated a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of our people, and has worked tirelessly in the last one year to diligently address these concerns.
“I wish you continued success and wisdom as you pragmatically lead kogi towards a brighter future. Your Excellency, congratulations once again on your first year in office and rest assured of my continuous support of your administration.”
