Amid the present economic hardship and insecurity in the country, the State Pastor of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries,Bona Ezennia, has assured Nigerians that God will restore the country and rescue it from it’s numerous challenges.

He delivered his message of hope during the just concluded 2-day Special State Combined Program held in Lokoja with the theme: That Problem Must Be Over.

Speaking further, Pastor Ezennia stressed the importance of turning to God during tough times, just as he maintained that the current challenges were divinely designed to draw the people closer to God.

According to him, the present economic challenges and its attendant hardship represent a call to repentance just as the Lord had exemplified in the book of 2nd Chronicles 7:13-14 that states; “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people, if my people who are called by my name ghumble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land”

“Nigerians have gone astray through corruption, banditry, wickedness, all forms of evil. He was us to give him attention and He has to give a sign through the current suffering. People would say we have done everything, so let us return to God. And as we come back to Him, the Lord will turn things around for good” the cleric added.

He also used the occasion to call on the church and the country at large to imbibe the culture of praying for their leaders and those in positions of authority for God’s intervention in their assignments.

” There is hope and everything will work out well. Let us pray for the government like we are doing here everyday.Let us support, pray and encourage our leaders for God to give them wisdom to carry out their duties”

Meanwhile, the monthly Special State Combined Program of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries has ended amid deliverance, healings and testimonies.

The 2-day program which kicked off with a deliverance night with the theme: That Yoke Must Break, was brought to an end with a special Sunday program with the theme” That Problem Must Be Over.It attracted believers and Christian faithful from across Kogi with the State Pastor, Bona Ezennia ministering.

The cleric, who said God had promised to bless those who attended the program with salvation, sanctification , Holy Ghost baptism, deliverance, miracle, healing among others, assured the nation that God was going to fight the battle of the people as well as prosper them again.

He also said the program would impact greatly on the state as the rain of prayers will shatter the shackles of corruption, insecurity and economic woes that have become a thing of concern to Nigeria.

Pastor Ezennia whose message centered around Mathew 19:26 that emphasises that “with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible “, encouraged the people to be expectant as God has promised to make the people happy again.

He prophesised that the land of Kogi would witness a turnaround in line with Acts chapter 8:4-5 and that God was prepared to restore and bless the state and people.

” When something like this happened in the city of Samaria, the city was full of joy. This program will bring joy to the state” he further added.

Highlight of the program was the special ministration by the various choirs, salvation, healing, deliverance and testimonies.
