Kwara Central lawmaker, Senator Saliu Mustapha, has reiterated his commitment to fostering unity and progress within the All Progressives Congress (APC), following his participation in the party’s 2026 National Convention in Abuja.

The convention, attended by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and top party leaders, brought together APC stakeholders from across Nigeria to discuss strategies for national development and party consolidation.
Speaking after the event, Senator Mustapha, described the convention as a “critical platform to reinforce our shared vision and collective resolve for Nigeria’s progress.”

He congratulated President Tinubu and all party members for the smooth and successful conduct of the exercise, saying it demonstrated the APC’s strength and cohesion.
The senator also congratulated the newly elected National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, and members of the National Working Committee, expressing confidence in their leadership to steer the party to greater achievements.

“APC remains steadfast in promoting internal cohesion and ensuring that our governance delivers tangible benefits to Nigerians,” Senator Mustapha said.
He assured party members and supporters that the party would continue to work towards deepening unity and providing meaningful democratic dividends to the people.
