In furtherance of his support for Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, Honourable Bode Ogunmola, member representing Ogori/Magongo State Constituency, in the Kogi State House of Assembly, has reiterated that the Governor remains the best choice for the electorate come 2027.

In a statement, Hon. Ogunmola said the Governor, remains the best joker in the kitty of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), to deliver the state to the party in all the elections scheduled for next year.

Governor Ododo, the Lawmaker maintained, is fully on ground and he is well loved by the citizens because of his people-oriented leadership style coupled with his legendary disposition to touch lives.

“Governor Ododo, for me, is a well-grounded team leader and no one changes a winning team. The Governor has demonstrated that leadership can be simple yet, impactful.

“Even the worst of critics cannot deny the fact that Kogi State is safe in the hands of Governor Ododo. He is reaching out, remaining focused and has avoided distractions”, Hon. Ogunmola remarked.

The Lawmaker further remarked that the Governor, has stayed focused and has ensured that all the people of the state, irrespective of tribe, religion or creed, are carried along.

This, he noted, is a rare leadership quality, noting further that Kogi State under the Governor’s watch, has remained united, adding that, “Kogi for many, is no longer their Kogi but our Kogi because of the Governor’s disposition to doing things that unites rather than divides the state.”

He expressed happiness that even critical stakeholders of the state origin, seemed agreed on the fact that there is no alternative to the Governor come 2027.

“A good product is a good product at all times. Governor Ododo remains APC’s best product for the 2027 Governorship election in the state”, he reaffirmed.

Hon. Ogunmola applauded the transparent and accountable manner that resources that accrued to the state are channeled towards meeting the needs of all segments of the state.

He stated that under Governor Ododo, the state has made tremendous progress in the areas of infrastructure, welfare for civil servants and diverse empowerments for youths and women.

Education, he further noted, has assumed front burner position in the administration of Governor, noting that the administration recently went beyond local scholarship to according students of the state indigenes scholarship to study abroad, saying that, “these are landmark achievements.”

According to him, the recent pooling of resources together by youths from the state to support the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s second term bid, is an apt demonstration of the confidence they have in Governor Ododo.
