The Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial District, Senator Isah Jibrin, known as Echocho, has urged the newly appointed Chief of Army Staff, Major General Waidi Shuaibu, to work with the Chief of Defense Staff in ensuring the territory of Nigeria is protected.
According to Senator Echocho, “I knew Waidi Shuaibu for over 30 years and I believed that Shuaibu will perform well; having known him as someone who throughout his career, put his life into the service of his father land”.
He therefore, called on his colleagues Senators, to confirm his appointment as he is ready to do his best for the nation Nigeria.
