Accountant General visits APC stalwart, sensitise Kogi central on CVR

The Accountant General of Kogi State, Hajiya Habibat Tijani Onumoko, recently visited Hon. Abdulkarim Saliu, an APC leader in Okehi LGA, as part of her tour of  Kogi Central to sensitise them on the ongoing Continuous Voters Registration (CVR), exercise.

The state Account General and her entourage were received received by a  crowd of party supporters at the Ihima residence of the A.P.C leader.

In his welcome address, the APC leader who thanked the Accountant General for the visit, and commended her for representing women in the APC administration.

Honourable Saliu, who was a two term member of the House of Representatives, also commended the Accountant General for her support for Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration.

Hon. Saliu assured that Okehi is the home of APC and urged the party to continue doing the right thing and speak with one voice.

In her speech, the Accountant General of the state, Hajiya Habibat Tijani Onumoko, thanked the APC leader for the warm reception accorded her entourage.

While commending Hon Saliu’s leadership role in the party, she called on the people of the local government to come out enmass to participate in the ongoing continuous voters registration exercise.

The visit highlights the engagement of government officials with party leaders in Kogi State, focusing on the ongoing voters registration exercise and party unity.
